Tammy Burtness began her career in Property Management 20 years ago. She has participated in all aspects of the business and has grown into the company's leader. Ms. Burtness has experience in property management, human resources and agency compliance. Tammy has the following designations: CPM, Certified Property Manager, Minnesota and North Dakota Broker's License, Certified Credit Compliance Professional, FmHA 515 Shining S.T.A.R, Section 8 Certified, Section 504 Coordinator and NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional). In addition to her duties as company President, she supervises the North Dakota property management division. Prior to joining MetroPlains Management, Tammy Burtness worked for Norwest Bank of Fargo and General Mills Corporation. Tammy studied Business Management at Moorhead State University in Moorhead, MN.

| Michael Koch has been with MetroPlains Management, LLC. for the past 23 years. Mike is the Commercial Real Estate Manager for the company's commercial properties. He began his career when there were only 6 employees in the company. Mike is experienced in commercial and multi-family housing residential property management and real estate investments. He is a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota and North Dakota. Prior to joining MetroPlains, he spent eight years in the health care/social services field. He has a Bachelor of Arts and Master's in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. |

| Linda also holds the title, Director of Compliance, for MetroPlains Management, LLC. She has been in the property management field for 21 years. Her specialty is compliance for affordable housing. Linda is a graduate of Lake Region Community College and has extensive experience in government subsidized housing programs and the Housing Tax Credit (HTC) compliance monitoring. Ms Risinger has obtained the following designation in the Property Management Field: Certified Credit Compliance Professional, FmHA 515 Shining S.T.A.R, Section 8 Certified and NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional). |

Tami Gores joined the MetroPlains Management team in 1997. Her responsibilities include internal controls and financial, operational and technology management. Ms. Gores also is the controller for MetroPlains Development, LLC. Prior to joining MetroPlains, Tami practiced public accounting and worked for a real estate management company in Northern Michigan. Tami has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Minnesota State University. |

| Patty is a licensed CPA and also a licensed real estate agent in North Dakota. She joined MetroPlains Management in 1998. Her responsibilities include property management and financial management of the North Dakota portfolio. Patty graduated from Minot State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Mathematics, and from the University of Phoenix with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining MetroPlains Management, Ms. Jabs worked for a law firm in the practice of real estate law and she practiced public accounting. |

| In 1986, Mr. Olson merged his development and investment operations with Gary L. Stenson’s, which formed the foundation of MetroPlains. Larry has spent the last twenty years developing and operating over 4,000 housing units, and a half million square feet of office and retail space, in communities throughout the ten upper Midwest states. He has performed investment, financing, syndication and brokerage services throughout his career. Larry has a Bachelor degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Minnesota. Larry also holds a CPA designation. He is a principal owner of MetroPlains Management, LLC. |

| Gary Stenson is the founder and principal owner of MetroPlains Management, LLC. For the past 29 years, Mr. Stenson has been involved in the development, acquisition and management of real estate. Until just recently Mr. Stenson has lead the company. Coupled with a bit of "retirement" time, Gary remains on the Board of Governors for MetroPlains Management, LLC. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1969 and then served for three years as Legislative Assistant to then Senator Walter F. Mondale, with responsibilities in the areas of housing and community development. From 1973 until 1978, Mr. Stenson was engaged in the private practice of law in Minneapolis and St. Paul, and is currently a member of the Bar of the State of Minnesota. |
